What companionship services do you provide?

We offer a range of companionship services with the aim of combating loneliness, isolation and poor mental health. We believe that by providing companionship and building a relationship with our clients we can give them a different level of care not found in the traditional model. We also offer domestic help to assist with tasks around the home, such as tidying up or putting the shopping away. Finally, we offer assistance with going out including days out and activities such as going to the seaside, morning coffees, going out for walks. We find that these simple activities give a huge boost to a persons quality of life.

Please contact us and one of our friendly team will be more than happy to discuss with you. We will ask you questions to learn more about your loved one and seek to understand how best we can help them. We also will put together a personalised support package just for them. Once we know more about them we will be able to match them with one of our carers and make sure they get the level of care they deserve.

We work in and around the Wigan area including Chorley, Leyland, Standish, Appley Bridge, Shevington, Wrightington, Eccleston, Euxton, Clayton Le Woods and more. Please get in touch and we will confirm whether we can serve you.

We offer a range of packages, and the exact cost depends on the type of services you require, the duration, and your location. Prices start from £25 per hour, offering excellent value for high-quality, compassionate care. Please contact us for more details.

Please note we do not offer any sort of medical or personal care. Our services are related to companionship and relationship building. As such we do not administer any medication or do any sort of personal activities.

Our services are a great fit for individuals who want more social connection, practical support, or a friendly companion for outings.
While we predominantly work with elderly clients, we also have clients in their 50s and 60s who simply want a companion to share their hobbies or join them for social events.

Yes, we take the safety and security of our clients very seriously. All of our companions are fully insured, and they have been thoroughly vetted with DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.

​For added peace of mind, all companions who use their vehicles for outings or errands are required to have full business insurance on their vehicles. This ensures you’re protected in every aspect of our service.

​Yes, our companionship services are available 365 days a year. We are here to provide support and companionship on weekends and all public holidays. Please note that the hourly rate is adjusted for services scheduled on bank holidays only.

We believe in making the payment process as simple and stress-free as possible, which is why we invoice our clients on a monthly basis. This helps you manage your payments more easily.

​For your security and convenience, we accept payments via secure bank transfer only. Once you receive your invoice, you have 7 days to complete the payment.

​Our hourly rate covers the companionship service itself. Any other potential costs are always agreed upon with you in advance.


​Additional fees may include:
​Companion Mileage: A fixed rate per mile is applied when a companion uses their vehicle for transportation during your session.


Activity & Event Costs: For any outings you and your companion attend, you are responsible for covering the cost of tickets or other entrance fees for both of you.

As our services are provided on a contractual basis, either party may end the agreement with two weeks’ notice.
​If a client cancels the contract without providing the required two weeks’ notice, they will be responsible for payment for the services that would have been provided during that notice period. This will be included on your final monthly invoice.

​We understand that urgent circumstances can arise, and we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. To give notice, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your companion, we ask that you contact us directly. All feedback is handled with complete confidentiality and is used to find a more suitable match for you.

All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours and often on the same day.
